Industrial Revenue Bonds
Martin County is committed to offer your business Industrial Revenue Bond support.  Industrial Revenue Bonds, also known as IDBs, IRBs, industrial development bonds and qualified small issue bonds, come in three types—tax exempt, taxable and exempt facility/solid waste disposal bonds. The application process normally takes 8 - 10 weeks.
