shut-off valves and countertops. Repaired heating and air conditioning
systems. Repaired HVAC controls. New office furniture and partitions.

and rewired front office outside lights and parking lot lights.

Painted
approximately 80,000 square feet of plant area ceiling with white
paint.

Refurbished
plant fluorescent lighting and pressure washed all shades.

Replaced
3/4 of warehouse lighting with 400 watt high pressure sodium high bay
fixtures.

Enclosed
4,700 square foot area in warehouse with concrete block from floor to
ceiling.

DI Line 400 amp 480V bus duct. (Approx. 120 feet of duct)

Major repairs
on large chiller valves, control system and cooling tower. Chiller
converted to R-134 refrigerant and charged with 600 lbs. of freon.
Added oil cooler and changed compressor oil.

Two air
compressors have been serviced and oil filters changed. Replaced small
air compressor for HVAC system.

Replaced roof
ventilator motors and belts.

Major build
up of rear access road and drainage system.

Completely
rebuilt employee break room. New ceiling tile, floor tile, drywall,
lights, paint, moldings and doors.

Built new
plant production office approx. 1600 square feet with separate 5 ton
heat pump.

Shipping
office and first aid station were painted, new lights and floor tile.

Plant
restrooms have new toilets and urinal partitions, sinks, faucets,
countertops and shut off valves.
